Understanding the Future Through Art

The Challenge

A Swiss private business and cultural club brought a closed circle of HNW entrepreneurs and executives to Turin — a group for whom travel is intellectual expansion, not consumption. The "Swiss code" shaped every design decision: content over spectacle, discipline over excess, authenticity over visual display. The program also had to operate within a clearly defined budget, where quality was measured by precision of curation rather than financial volume.

Our Solution

Aménité designed a conceptually driven journey rooted in Turin's defining duality — baroque restraint and radical contemporary art. A bicultural Italian-Swiss curator led the program, bridging both sensibilities. The itinerary included backstage access to the city's historic opera house, private sessions inside a financial institution's contemporary art foundation, and visits to a former royal palace turned conceptual museum.

Accommodation was chosen for its narrative resonance: a former Fiat factory converted into a luxury hotel, where rooms in the original executive offices mirrored the entrepreneurial journey of the participants themselves. Contemporary art represented nearly 90% of the program content — deliberately prioritizing intellectual density over decorative beauty.

Results

Budget discipline maintained without sacrificing curatorial depth
Swiss rationality and Italian cultural richness successfully aligned within a single coherent narrative
Participants left with new conceptual frameworks, not just memories
Every logistical element — venue, transfer, meal — contributed to a larger philosophical dialogue
