To design and deliver a high-level incentive programme for 90 guests in the Tuscan countryside during high season — combining authentic experiences with seamless logistics across a region where narrow roads, limited large-group accommodation and multiple locations make operations particularly complex.
The objective was to allow guests to experience Tuscany from different perspectives while maintaining comfort, timing and effortless flow throughout the programme.
We created a multi-day journey through Florence, Siena and the Tuscan countryside, carefully dividing the group when necessary to preserve the quality and intimacy of each experience.
In Florence, guests explored the city in smaller groups accompanied by four private guides.
The following day, a fleet of 30 vintage Italian cars — including Fiat 500s and classic Alfa Romeos — was positioned outside Siena for a scenic drive through the countryside. The journey continued to Pienza and Val d’Orcia, with lunch overlooking the iconic Tuscan landscape and an authentic experience at a traditional countryside estate.
A large-scale Tuscan cooking experience was organised for the entire group, with carefully coordinated transfers and activities across different spaces.
The programme culminated in an elegant open-air gala dinner among the vineyards near San Gimignano, where Tuscan cuisine and local wines were paired with live Italian music.
