A global manufacturer with Italian roots uses annual Italy journeys as a strategic relationship-building tool — not a standard reward trip. The audience: UHNW business owners and senior executives from two different business cultures, for whom conventional luxury had long lost its appeal. The brief was to design an experience where status was implied, not displayed, balancing different cultural expectations with absolute operational precision.
Aménité designed a multi-day journey from Rome through Val d'Orcia, built around four principles: cultural intelligence, discretion, physical engagement, and invisible execution. Highlights included a vintage sports car drive through the Tuscan countryside, a private wine estate visit closed to the public, and peer-level guides selected as intellectual equals rather than service providers. Every property was personally inspected in advance; every restaurant tested on pre-trips. Operational excellence remained invisible — which was precisely what defined the experience.
